This is a photo of the book that I made my brother-in-law for Christmas. I just sent it today, so even if we were following the Russian Orthodox calendar, it would be late. I also messed up one part of the address, which probably doesn't help, so -sorry Stephen. I guess at least if he reads this, he will get to see a photo of his book, but I hope that it does arrive safe and sound. Most of the books I make for sale are currently accordion books, like the ones below...
I just really love Japanese paper. I think that I have said that before, and this is only my second post. If you are in the local Halifax area, I sell my books at Henhouse, which I think is a fantastic shop (and not just because they stock my books). They have wonderful furniture, and a range of products by local artists and craftspeople. If you are in the area, I recommend that you check it out. I must finish off this blog post, American Idol is calling. Yes, I do know that's very sad, but I can't help it.
